Kentucky News Not Afraid of CPS


This news station found that CPS had an injunction against news stations reporting the criminal actions of CPS against families so they followed their journalism ethics oath by petitioning the court to lift that injunction and they succeeded. WLKY Target Investigates has been faithfully reporting and informing the public of CPS abuses since 2006. MORE JOURNALISTS AND NEWS STATIONS SHOULD FOLLOW SUIT AND REPORT WHAT FAMILIES ARE GOING THROUGH-WHAT’S WRONG WITH YOU? DO YOU NOT KNOW WHAT IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO?

    Many states offer special tuition assistance for social work students to earn their degree. The only catch is that you have to work for them for x amount of time. (typical is 2 years) The disturbing part is that many are VERY young, have no children to gain a true understanding of what a home with small children and working parents really looks like and do not have the experience of family life. Although the students are not wrong to accept tuition assistance, programs like this could be viewed as exploiting the students too. If a student is not experienced as being parents and are only performing to the ability to which the program has taught them then they really do not know any better.

    States not only need to have their systems investigated for the early termination of parental rights, they also need to examine the requirements for who they employ and their tuition assistance programs.

    This is all too true throughout the whole United States. I would love to place names of a judge, attorney, DA and others who are in OK City, OK. I hope that this does get out and many people loose their jobs due to illegal running of family courts and children services. I have experienced this first hand with my nieces and nephew. I would love to see a law suit against the Federal government concerning Children services to enforce Federal laws and where states are not allowed to devieate from those laws.

    Looks to me like the only thing to do is start shooting those bastards that come in trying to take your kids. The cops are nothing but nazis. They need their asses kicked and buried six feet under. Unless we handle it like the pioneers did, this will not stop. For some reason, its okay to camp in a tent, but not live in one. Its okay to camper but not live in one. You can “camp” at a campground for 365 days a year. But if you “live” in one it suddenly becomes a crime. Clearly, there is a very large conspiracy taking place here. And when you are dealing with government criminals, the only thing to do is to tear their faces off and bury them. If they cant find the bodies, who the fuck cares? I would easily kill to protect my family.

    MY NAME IS JENNIFER KRISTEN KERSEY KELLY. MY BABY WAS TAKEN SEPT.3RD 2014 FROM BAPTIST HOSPITAL EAST.HE WAS HAVEING SEIZURES AND WORMS IN HIS DIAPER, WHICH WAS OVERLOOKED. THERE WAS MORE TIME SPENT FINDING ME AS AN INCOMPETENT MOTHER VS INVESTIGATING THE MEDICAL PROBLEM. I HAD TO WAKE HIM UP SO ROJER ENGSTROM, CPS WORKER COULD TAKE HIM. HE CRIED SO HARD THAT EVENTUALLY HE COULD ONLY GASP. I WAS ESCORTED OUT UNPROVOKED BY INSENSITIVE SECURITY. I LEFT WITH AN EMPTY STROLLER IN SHOCK AND SUICIDAL. HE IS MY LIFE, AND MY 2ND CHANCE AT HAVEING A FAMILY.
    ADDICTION/ALCOHOLISM IS A DIAGNOSED DISEASE. JUST LIKE CANCER OR THE MORBIDLY OBESE.THEY WILL HAVE TO TAKE THEIR KIDS TOO. CLEARLY THEY ARE TO SICK TO CARE FOR THEM. MY CIVIL RIGHTS HAVE BEEN VIOLATED, AND I HAVE BEEN DISCRIMINATED FOR MY ALCOHOLISM. I HAD 2YEARS CLEAN WHICH CAN BE VERIFIED BY MY SUBSTANCE ABUSE REHAB.
    MY FAMILY HAS BEEN DESTROYED. MY HUSBAND, WHO I LOVE DEARLY, IS GONE..AND WE LIVED ON THE STREETS FOR A YEAR. I AM NOW IN HOUSING, BUT HE IS NOT. HE CAN’T FIND A REASON TO LIVE. IT HAS CHANGED US, AND WE WILL NEVER BE THE SAME.
    MOREOVER, THERE IS A DISEASE CALLED MORGELLONS THAT MY HUSBAND AND I BELIEVE WE HAVE. THE CDC IS WORKING HARD TO STUDY THIS.DOCTORS CANNOT AND WON’T RECOGNIZE IT. THEY HAVE TO SAY YOU HAVE DELUSIONAL PARISISTOSIS OR IGNORE YOU. I HAD THREE INFECTIONS IN ME CSECTION. I BELIEVE I CONTRACTED IT THEN.IT CHANGES YOU MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY. AFTER 5YRS MY HUSBAND BECAME VIOLENT. HE IS EASILY CONFUSED AND HAS MEMORY PROBLEMS. HE HAS DROP FOOT, AND I HAVE OPTIC NERVE DAMAGE IN MY RT EYE. ILATAER FOUND OUT FROM FOSTER PARENTS THAT HIS RT OPTIC NERVE IS DAMAGED TOO.
    I WAS RIGHT, AND BAPTISIT EAST IS NEGLIGENT. MY LITTLE BOY, MY LIFE, SHOULD HAVE VEEN RETURNED. THIS IS IS A CLEAR CASE OF CIVIL RIGHT VIOLATONS, NEGLIGENT, AND DISCRIMINATION. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW THE LOVE OF A CHILD, AND BE A MOTHER. ALL THE MONEY PLACED IN STATE SPIES, AND FOLLOWING ME COULD HAVE BEEN PLACED IN HOME THERAPISTS, AND HALF-WAY HOUSES FOR MOM, DAD AND CHILDREN, IF DEEMED NECESSARY.
    CPS I BEG YOU TO EDUCATE YOURSELVES ON ADDICTION DISEASE, YOUR ABUSING YOUR AUTHORITY AND CLEARLY ARE NOT COMPETENT MAKE THE POOR DECIONS YOUR MAKINGG.
    CHILD REMOVAL IS SERIOUS. IT COMPROMISES FAMILY RECOVERY, AND CAUSES ADDICTS TO SPIRAL OUT OF CONTROL.I SINCERELY HOPE MY STORY CHANGES THE IGNORANCE OF CPS, AND ANOTHER FAMILY MAY NEVER KNOW THIS PAIN.

    As long as the Federal Government continues to dump billions of dollars, 86 Billion Grant this year to be exact, into a corrupt system it will continue. There’s no justice in this country unless you are part of the wealthy upperclass. I urge you to find a single report that shows a lawyer, doctor, judge or any high ranking official whose children have been removed. Instead you will find a class of indigent women who are uneducated and forced to accept a designated attorney. And please do not think these attorneys are going to perform their jobs to the best of their ability for free. I am currently in the system, indigent and now childless. An accusation made by my ex-husband. ( A month before he signed a contract for a 200,000 house, ironically ). He was ordered by a CHFS worker to remove them from KY public school and relocate them to TN. The employee of CHFS resigned 2 days after. Ironically she was simply re-located to the Vocational Tech Program. So she still retains state employment.
    The lawyer assigned to represent me spoke with me for 5 minutes after appointment and refused to return any calls, or meet with me. But when asked by the Judge if we had a chance to go over the case quickly replied “yes!” The story continues but it never improves. I am but another victim of corrupt abusive power of the wealthy in KY. Being listed with a high ranking as,”One of The Most Corrupt States,”you think someone would care about protecting innocent children from the very entity that claims to protect them! FBI agent Howard S. Marshall is proclaiming an investigation of the exact corrupt nature, to include everyone involved in Judicial Corruption. However after unanswered calls and messages, Mike VanAustin, FBI, returned my call on 10/29/2015. I still hear the words ringing in my ears. From every person I have contacted, KSP to return my kids, FBI to report parental kidnapping, Ombudsman to file complaint after complaint. To the CPS supervisor to advise I was being targeted because I refused to admit I did anything wrong. I could go on and on. I have every report, judgement and contact. So please….. Say it. ” Hire a Lawyer.” I laugh these days when I think about how naive I was, believing in the police, justice system and the Innocent until proven guilty, we hear so often. It’s a shame that the very system implemented by our great United States of America, is no different than other governments in foreign lands that we love to hate. It’s just that American Government keeps us so busy with distractions and propaganda most Americans believe we are the “Land of the Free.”

    Well social workers have taken all my kids. I have 4. My 3 kids ages 13, 12 and 5 yrs old was taken last year at the end of september. I was pregnant with my 4 th child when they were taken from my moms custody (ayear before this happened i had to give my mom custody of my kids until me and my husband straight3ned our lifes up) so i didn’t get any visitation or phone calls with them. I didn’t even have a courtdate fo4 them because abuse and neglect allegiations was against my mom and her boyfriend and they wouldn’t let my kids come home with me and i’ve never had child abuse or nothing i was a drug addict but didn’t do around my kids and at the time i was clean for 7 months and they also took my newborn baby away because i was on methadone. I went to a methadone clinic to stay clean and it worked so my baby girl that wasn’t even a 1 month old yet went into foster care on October 29, 2014 and went to court and my caseworker and my lawyer failed to tell the judge that i was in a methadone clinic while pregnant and under doctors care and when my baby was born was coming off methadone. My judge thought my baby was withdrawaling off heroin. So i had to speak up for myself and the judge was mad for not informing her with any of this information so i had my baby home on december 11 2014. So i kept on my other 3 kids that was in foster care. Well they gave me a phone call for Christmas but didn’t get it until after New Year’s Day. Then i finally got 1 phone call a week to talk to all 3 of them and they was excited to hear feom me and wanted to come home. And in february i got 2 phone calls a week and no visitation yet. I was going and taking drug tests once a week and i was clean and still they wouldn’t let me see my kids. Every time i talked to them they started getting more distant to talkin to me plus it didn’t help any with our calls being supervised by the foster parent. The first call i got with my kids when i got done talking to them the foster mom got on the phone and told me that she fell in love with my kids and my kids wants them to adopt them which i didn’t believe because my kids love me so much. But i could tell something was really wrong week after week the more me and my kids talked. I mean they would sit there being quiet really not wanting to talk to me. I’d ask what was wrong and they’d always tell me nothing mom. Then a week before my 12 yr olds bday in may she stopped talkin to me said she didn’t feel like talking to me she was upset at me and i didn’t do anything wrong. I cried and cried every night. I couldn’t sleep wondering what i did wrong to her. So a couple of weeks goes by and my oldest son stopped talking to me as well so my 5 yr old boy talked to me. About 1 month goes by and my 2 oldest kids refuse to talk to me so finally i call and my 12yr old girl gets on the phone and like always im on speaker phone and my 2 oldest kids told me that they don’t want to come home with me to leave them alone and let them be happy. That the foster parents gave them a home, love, and everything they ever wanted. I was crying hysterically and i pleaded with them that i am so sorry for everything they have been through and i love them with all my heart that we can work through this to please give me a second chance. I told them how long i’ve been clean and i’d never go back to the drugs and i’m sorry that i couldn’t give them the life that their foster parents is showing them but they never wanted for anything. They asked me to sign them over or they’d never talk to me again and i told them that i’m sorry that i’m fighting to keep them and bring them home and they said they never wanted to see me or talk to me again and that my 5 yr old didn’t want to talk to me anymore either. I haven’t talked to them since july 2015. When i went to court the judge said it was up to my kids’s therapist if i could talk to them or not or even get visitation. Something is wrong because their therapist didn’t like me from the beginning every time i called she had me so hysterical bout what the kids said and it was all negative like she just wanted me to give up on my kids. There for a while i was beaten down. I thought there was nothing i could do or say because they refused everything i suggested. I did everything they wanted me too for over a year and i still haven’t seen my kids and my 3 kids haven’t got to see their baby sister yet either. I suggested therapy sessions with my kids so we could work on whats wrong with them and build our bond back up and trust. I know my kids want to come home they cried when they told me they would never talk to me again if i wouldn’t sign them over to the foster parents. I mean everything i did so i could get visitation with my kids and not once have they attempted to reunify our family back together. I did everything they said and wanted me to do. Oh that wasn’t good enpugh for them. So sept. 22 2015 they came to the methadone clinic and took my baby girl from me and said they were getting me for medical neglect. They said where i used to live i left 7 full bottles of medicine that i didn’t give to my baby girl. I told them that was a lie because i always took her to her doctor appointments, high risk clinic at childrens, took her to the ER when she was running high temps and not breathing right and any other emergency where i thought she needed to be seen. I told them that a couple of bottles was tylenol and motrin where the doctor prescribed them to me because i couldn’t afford it at the time and the other medicine was discontinued. I wish now i threw that medicine away. In the midst of my caseworker telling me she was taking my baby she told me that she had really good news. I asked what the good news was and she said my youngest kid wanted to talk to me but now under the circumstances i couldn’t talk to him. So why would ahe bring that up to me for??? Well i just found out when she was here doing a home visit that my 3 kids is being adopted by the foster family that they’ve been with now for over a year now and theres nothing i can do or say about it. She said they might let me have a good bye visit. I don’t understand how they can do this when this whole entire time i’ve done everything they asked me to do and more. They haven’t tried not one time to reunify me and my 3 kids or even have a sibling visitation with their baby sister they have never met and now i’m losing my 3 kids. I need help. I’m not losing them i could understand if i didn’t cooperate with the system but i did. And i’m still clean i did fall off the wagon once and my kids was sure to know about me messing up that one time and losing my baby girl on false allegiations of medical neglect. My 3 kids needs my help to get them home. Something is qrong with my case and their putting stuff in my kids head to turn them against me. This isn’t my kids my kids love me and their daddy with all their hearts and they wouldn’t give up on us i know this because i’m their mother i know them inside and out and something isn’t right with my case. If anyone can help me fight the CPS and give me advice on beating them so i can bring my 3 kids home please answer me back. I’m begging and pleading and i have a lawyer that is on their side. I can’t afford a lawyer i don’t have no money so please give me good advice thats going to help me win my kids back home where they are greatly loved and missed. If you can share my story with everybody and anybody that can help because i have until January 19 2015 and my parental rights might be terminated is what the judge said to me and my husband……PLEASE HELP ME….thank you so much and God Bless everyone who reads my story…..
