    Hi… I need your help… dfcs has taken my son and placed Him with his father who the judge ruled unfit a couple years ago… make a long story short the text basically kidnapped my son I have full custody of him he was placed with his dad they are not letting him come home even though the supervisor said to close my case and I have a safety plan I’ve never been in front of the judge I really really need some help I can’t do this without my son please call me 706-968-7671 thank you

      What City, State, County are you in? You have never had any kind of hearing then? So there is no case, take it to family court and request custody.
