Information About Dependency Process and Laws-A SITE FOR ALL PARENTS


      Like I promised, here is some really important information for those in California going through the Juvenile Dependency Court. Know your rights. Know the Court’s responsibilities. Know what your lawyer is supposed to do for you.  This is another site I wish I would have known about from the beginning of our case.

     So, now when you go to court, make sure the Judge is doing what he’s/she’s supposed to, make sure they are all meeting their obligations. The more parents who check the system the less they can railroad you. Good Luck and if you have any questions, go ahead and email me and I will try to help you from my own experience as I am not a lawyer and cannot give legal advice, I can only tell you what I would do in your situation knowing what I know now.

    My son was Mattthew “Chip” Bennett. He died at 21 yrs old because Rockwall Texas cps whom got judge sue pirtle elected court ordered my son off his lifetime heart script! Childrens medical center in dallas tx put my son on heart script of capitrol at his birth 11-23-81 because he was born absent the vena cava which is main artery in our bodies that supply blood to our heart & organs. Now same cps took my grandkids even tho we passed their false allegations & we passed hair follicle & mouth swab test. They’ve had them 3 yrs & refuse us visits or to let us have case #’s etc. Our story is so bizarre that producer Jerry Palace who produced TRU TV & court tv was doing documentary of it but he’s having his own issues right now.       I am soooo sorry Brenda! They won’t even give you a case number or let you visit? OMG! That is more common than you think. You can go to the court clerk, show your ID and have them look up the case. Have you tried that?

        Yes..they refuse us any info. When they hurt my son before he died I went on talk shows etc to tell of cps & they r still punishing me Sent from my Kyocera Rise
