I’m the non offending parent being threatened by cps to sign a case plan. They threatened me to sign a safety plan by stating if I don’t do so my children was going to foster care.
Cps is trying to place restrictions on me that are a direct opposition of a magistrate and or judge orders. I had four different case managers. I was told by judge I cannot say to cps that they are Violating my constitutional rights.
